VibroAcoustics Sound Massage VSM is a music and vibration massage stimulating the vagus nerve, blood circulation and immune system. After 15 min. One enters homeostasis, the optimal state of regeneration. An active relaxation, releasing tensions from the mind and body, effective for mental health issues and physical pain and a place where time and thoughts disappear, with the effect lasting  up to a week after. ViBoard 4.0 Lying comfortably on a VibroAcoustics ViBoard, vibrating by the specially designed music, the  vibro-tactile sonic experience makes one feel at home in oneself again.  The session is hosted by a trained facilitator guiding the beginning and end of the session. Science VSM activates the parasympathetic nervous system, the “Rest & Digest” state.
